Canadian software and AI solutions provider Predictiv AI Inc. (TSX-V: PAI) (OTC: INOTF) releases another update on the ThermalPass, a fever detection system that is characterized by infrared systems without the use of cameras, allowing Covid-19 controls to be performed
without compromising the privacy of its users.

The update focuses on channel reseller activities in Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Predictiv AI wants to highlight the exclusive reseller in these regions, because of the recent successes it has achieved with the promotion and sale of the ThermalPass. This concerns KleinCity Group, a cleaning and sanitation company that leverages cutting-edge electrostatic technology and proprietary disinfectant products to sterilize any indoor space and help stop the spread of viruses and bacteria.

It concerns 10 franchisees with a joint customer base that includes some of the largest companies in the Canadian regions. KleinCity Group is responsible for securing orders for the ThermalPass to various hospitals and other long-term care facilities in the province of Quebec. Predictiv AI points out that AI-powered solutions and screening systems for health and wellness will not disappear after the pandemic. Increased alertness in our society is desperately needed and therefore permanent.

What KleinCity Group further builds a good reputation with is active onboarding of resellers who are active around the world. These are locations in Canada, United States and Europe. The result is that the resellers have already been able to add multiple purchase orders. Current turnover is said to be only a small percentage given the high number of incoming calls and written requests that have been received. In addition, the adoption of the ThermalPass system will also be significantly accelerated with respect to the respective jurisdictions.

By anticipating quickly and thanks to a rapid market response, the ThermalPass can be delivered and deployed in a short matter of time, in order to protect society even better against the Covid-19 virus as soon as possible. Especially at a time when vaccines for the virus are slowly being marketed, it is essential that this is done in a careful and safe manner. The privacy of patients must not be compromised. The early sales success of the channel resellers has created confidence in the market, promptly pushing thousands or perhaps millions of people through the ThermalPass.

In addition to the resellers positive news about increasing interest in the ThermalPass, the company announced that its board of directors has granted 1.7 million incentive stock options to its officers and directors. The options will have an exercise price of $0.205 per share, which will vest quarterly for 18 months from the grant date, with a term of three years.
